Refund and Returns Policy

At Amba Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

• The product received is damaged or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product was missing from the order

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Request

If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

• Reason for return

Return requests sent after the specified time may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
